Adele Myra Everett Treece, 91, of Fayetteville died Wednesday, September 8, 2021. She was born May 23, 1930 in Elba, Arkansas to John Price Everett and Verla Sterling Everett.
Adele was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She lost her mother as a toddler and her grandmother who raised her at age 14. She returned to Arkansas (Fayetteville) in 1994. Adele lived her life as a joyful, honest, Christian woman, who cherished family, friends, and church.
Adele was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ben Treece and her adored first grandchild, Jared Enloe.
Survivors include her two daughters, Kay (Anthony) of Santa Fe, New Mexico and Mary Ann (Dale) of Fayetteville; one sister, JoAnn (Tom) of Fayetteville; four grandchildren, Maridan (Mike), Alanna (Chris), Natalie (Aaron) and Elijah (Andie); and seven great-grandchildren, Jayde (Zach), Nicholas, Benjamin, Shaye, Isabella, Macy and Sophie.
Visitation will be Friday, September 10, 2021 from 5-7 pm at Beard’s Funeral Chapel, 855 S. Happy Hollow Road, Fayetteville. Services will be Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 10 am at Zion Christian Union Church, 4984 W. Wedington Drive (corner of Wedington and 51st), Fayetteville. Reverend Steve Schaefer will be officiating.
