Arkley “Dubbie” Cledeith Garrett Jr, 69 of Farmington died April 15, 2014 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his, parents and two brothers.
Survivors include his daughter, Elizabeth “Missy” Willis; one granddaughter; two great grandsons and several nieces and nephews.
