Barbara Ann Sappenfield Patrick, 78, of Fayetteville, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at her home. She was born November 28, 1945 in Bentonville, AR to Robert and Juanita Sappenfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Barbara was a member of the Quilters Club of West Fork. She retired in 2007 after 39 years of service as a nurse at Washington Regional Medical Center. Barbara loved arts and crafts, needlepoint, cross stitching, crocheting, and painting.
She is survived by her husband Tommy Patrick of the home; two sons, Deron Patrick of Fayetteville and David Patrick (Laura) of Prairie Grove; a granddaughter Madison Patrick (Jacob Osburn); and two great-grandchildren, Ellie and Gavin.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Friday, June 28, 2024 at Beard’s Funeral Chapel.
Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Saturday, June 29, 2024 at Beard’s Chapel. Interment will follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
