Billie Joe Napier, aged 83, of Springdale, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on May 30, 2015. He was born September 19, 1931 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by both parents; two sisters; and one brother. He is survived by wife, Thelma of sixty-three years; three daughters, Barbara Bly and husband, David of Claremore, OK.; Vera Hall of Tontitown, AR.; and Betty Napier of Fayetteville, AR.; two sons, David Napier and wife, Gayla of Fayetteville, AR.; and Mike Napier of Lincoln, AR.; two sisters; two brothers; twelve grandchildren; and twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at Faith Assembly of God in Springdale at 10 A.M. on Wednesday, June 3, 2015. Visitation will be from 5-7 P.M., Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Beard’s Chapel. Burial will follow funeral service at the Fayetteville National Cemetery with military honors at 12:00 P.M. under the direction of Beard’s Chapel.
