Bonnie Maxine Bowerman, 80, passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2021. She was born October 12, 1940 to Walter Baker and Mandy Sylvania Davis Baker.
She was preceded in death by both parents; three brothers; and three sisters.
Bonnie was married June 15, 1959 to John E. Bowerman.
She is survived by her husband, John Bowerman; a daughter, Teresa Annette Hefner and husband Frank of Bentonville; two sons, Johnny Mark Bowerman of Fayetteville and Micheal Dale Bowerman and wife Tina of Hindsville; five grandchildren, Zachary Hefner of Fayetteville, Janna Meredith of Bella Vista, Leah Hefner of San Francisco, Rhonda Nicole (Nikki) Bowerman of Siloam Springs and Billy Justin “BJ” Bowerman of Green Forest; and three sisters, Wanda Faye Gaylord of Mountain Home, Nellie Wagnon of Fayetteville and Anne Stape of Heber Springs.
There is no scheduled visitation.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday, September 17, 2021 at the Sonora Baptist Church with Pastor Danny Williams officiating. Interment will be in Joyce Cemetery under the direction of Beard’s Chapel.
