My heartfelt condolences go out to David and family . Darrell was a great uncle and mentor to me. I grew up going on early morning deer hunts with him and my dad. I also had the pleasure of building a house with this carpenter and learned a lot of practical skills from him, which I putto use building my own house later. These houses were in fact custom log homes , which I know from first hand, that he very much enjoyed building. He said to me he would have built one for himself if he could talk Marie into it. They were a little rustic for her taste though. Thanks for the lifetime memories , and your service to country
