David Collins, 38, of Fayetteville, Arkansas passed away from this life on June 28, 2021 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.
He is survived by his mother, Merrilou Collins of Fayetteville; one daughter, Lorali Collins of Lincoln; and his twin sister, Angela Whittenburg of Bentonville.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Beard’s Funeral Chapel.
