Debra Lynn Smith, 59, of Springdale died Friday, June 14, 2013 at Northwest Medical Center. She was born December 25, 1953 in Texarkana, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Frank Smith of the home and sister, Michelle Adams of Texarkana, Arkansas and several other family members and friends.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Beard’s Funeral Chapel.

I really enjoyed working with Debbie at Sam’s Club. We both shared a love of collecting Coca-Cola. I will miss her.
