Ella Jane Poye, 75, of Fayetteville passed away Thursday, January 10, 2013 in Fayetteville. She was born April 17, 1937 in Glendale, AR the daughter of Floyd and Alma Woodrome Boggs.
She worked as an Customer Service Supervisor for J.C. Penny for twenty-six years.
Preceded in death by her husband, James R. Poye.
Survivors include her son, Max Poye and wife, Mollie of Goshen; her grandchildren, Melissa Mitchell and husband, C.J. of Wesley, Becky Kelso and husband, Andy of Knoxville, TN and Frank Scopa and wife, Amanda of Great Falls, MT; her great-grandchildren, Ty Mitchell, Madison Mitchell, Ben Kelso, Sofie Kelso and Preston Scopa; one brother, Gerald Boggs and wife, Dee of Venedy, Illinois.
A gathering of the family and friends will be from 5~7 PM Tuesday January 15, 2013 at Beard’s Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville and then on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Ralph Robinson & Sons in Pine Bluff.
Jane,was a great friend will miss her fun loving ways.
Jane was a great Lady. I have great memories of her and my brother James Poye who passed away in 2003. My condolence to her family and friends.

“Aunt” Jane and “Uncle” James were great people. Spent a few summers visiting them with my siblings, cousins etc.. Always had a great time.. Will truly be missed.
