Irene Myrtle Hayes 85 of Lincoln died June 12, 2012 at Prairie Grove Health and Rehab.She was born January 11, 1927 in Goshen to Roy and Emma Oxford. She graduated from Fayetteville High school. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Charles Oxford and Russell Oxford. Survivors include her husband, Fred Hayes of the home; 3 sons, Randy Emmett or Chancler, Alabama, Dan Lancaster of Lincoln and Michael Webb or Texarkana, Arkansas; 2 daughters, Paula Keen and Angel Lancaster both of Lincoln; sister, Christene Osburn and husband Gene of Fayetteville; stepchildren, Ron Hayes and Patty Lauderdale both of Grand Junction, Colorado; 15 grandchildren;12 great great grandchildren and many other family members and friends.Cremation arrangements will be under the direction of beard’s Funeral Chapel. mrs ireme was a very specail person that everyone loved she was always there when you need a freind or help i meat mrs irene at the american legion when i was playing bingo she was always so wonderful and special to me and my family i lmow ,rs iren is happy now and not in pain although she will be missed very much by many she is now with the lord and in peace mrs irane i will miss you and will see you again soon i promise you my prayers go out to her kids and jst rember god will take care of everything now i will miss you alot your freind sandra langarica from bingo
