Jackson W. Horton, 68, of Fayetteville passed away Sunday February 12, 2012 in Fayetteville.  He was born September 3, 1943 in Portageville, MO the son of Burtis Delton and Cloa Mae Jackson Horton.

He attended Center Point Church of God and was a former member of the Lions Club.

Survivors are his wife, Helen L. Horton of the home; 1-son, Jackson Horton II and wife, Peggy of Fayetteville; 1-dau., Tracie Kettner of Fayetteville; 2-sisters, Frances Watts of Westville, OK and Alice Deese of Prairie Grove; 5 grandchildren, Adam, Kylie, Matracia, Catlen and J.T.; many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday; February 16, 2012 at Beard’s  Funeral Chapel with Rev. Glen Faulkner officiating. Visitation will be from 5~7 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
