Jerry D. Killion moved to heaven on November 2, 2022. He was born February 16, 1949 to Wilma Acree McClain and Leland Killion in Marshall, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gene Killion.

He is survived by his beloved sister, Cindy Killion Grant (Jim); niece, Lori Ann Hendrix (Hayden); nephew, Matthew Grant; a grand-niece, Grace Ann Hendrix; grand-nephew, Hoyt Hendrix; granddaughter, Camryn Killion; and son, Jon Killion.

Jerry loved The Lord Jesus Christ and was a faithful member of Baring Cross Baptist Church in Sherwood, Arkansas for many years. He retired from Springhill Baptist Hospital in North Little Rock. He was a Vietnam Veteran, serving in the Navy at sea and in-country in Viet Nam. Jerry was a high school athlete, loved sports and was an avid Razorback fan.

The family thanks the wonderful staffs at Autumn Place independent living facility in Pea Ridge and the VA Home in Fayetteville for their many kindnesses and care.

A private graveside service will be presided over by Rev. Jim Grant.

    I met our sweet Jerry at our hospital in North Little Rock. He worked and never met a stranger there. He knew everyone by name and everyone knew him & loved 🥰 Jerry. We’ve missed him and his momma. Ride high & spread your wings Jerry.
