Joyce Ann Browder, 74, of Sheridan/Fayetteville, AR. passed away Thursday, July 13, 2017 in Sheridan. She was born February 19, 1943 in Fayetteville, AR. to Ernest and Dorothy Gardner.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Bobby Owen and Larry Browder; a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Tina Owen; a daughter; a brother, Arlin Gardner; and a granddaughter, Danielle Denay Owen.
Joyce was a loving mother, a single mother most of her life raising five kids. She was a homemaker and attended Full Gospel Holiness Mission Church.
She is survived by her children, son, Rodney Owen of Sheridan, daughter, Shelly Woodward of Fayetteville, daughter, Heidi Cook of Springhill, LA. and son, Robert Browder of Fayetteville; a brother, E.W. Gardner, Jr; an aunt, Elva Dailey; 22 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Beard’s Chapel with Pastor Dorothy Hilton officiating. Interment will follow in Cemetery Hill Cemetery in Farmington under the direction of Beard’s Chapel.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until service-time on Tuesday, July 18, 2017.
So sorry to hear about the loss of your mom she was a tremendous lady a tremendous follower of Christ and will be greatly missed.
