Joyce S. Davis, 74, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2020 in Springdale. She was born on March 30, 1945 in Fayetteville, AR to the late Joe and Cora Terry
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ray Davis of 60 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Trinda Wood and husband, Tim; grandsons, Coleman and Cory; son, Duane Davis and wife, Martha; granddaughter, Raelyn; and grandson, Denver.
Joyce loved cooking, canning, traveling in the motorhome and her azalea garden.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Beard’s Chapel.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday, March 6, 2020 at Beard’s Chapel with Johnathon Beasley officiating. Interment will follow in Stuckey Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Rd, Springdale, AR 72762.
The family would like to express their gratitude for the care and service by the nurses and staff at Edgewood Health and Rehab.
So saddened to hear of Joyce’s passing. She was a sweet lady and a great wife and mom and grsndmom. Our prayers and sympathy.
Joyce was a great mother and grandmother. She had a big personality and always made me feel comfortable in the Davis home. She was wonderful to me during my college years.

Trinda, Duane, and Martha, I’m sad of Joyce’s passing, she is now happy she’s back with Ray the love of her life. Your parents were wonderful people, I first met them when I took care of Grandpa Joe Terry, andmade an automatic connection to them. I reconnected with them several years later, thru Rehab, and we picked up where we left off. They have always had a special place in my heart. It was a pleasure to get to know the 3 of you thru them. Keeping you and the rest of your Family in my prayers.
