Thoughts for the entire Riggle’s family go out. I’m truly sorry for your loss. It’s never easy to say goodbye to someone so cherished. Norman was a good man with so much energy. God has better plans for him now and though he is gone from this home he will forever be in our hearts. Love and peace to the family.
