Reta Mae Thomas, 68, of Elkins passed away Friday, June 21, 2013 in Springdale. She was born November 11, 1944 in Hutchinson, Kansas the daughter of James Walker and Minnie Belle Crabtree Burkitt.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Vickie Sue Woodward and grandson, Christopher Woodward.
Survivors include her husband, Oran Thomas of the home; 3~children, James Chrisopher Glenn and wife, Susan of Fayetteville, Carol Wade and husband, Dewayne of Prairie Grove and Ronnie Glenn and wife, Shelly of Wesley; 2~sisters, Freta Finch of Fayetteville and Jane Burns of Springdale; 11 grandchildren and 8~great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at Beard’s Funeral Chapel with burial in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday, June 24, 2013 from 5~7 PM at the funeral home.
