Robert “Bob” Collins, 73, of Winslow, died September 4, 2019 at his home. He was born September 10, 1945 in Cleveland, OH to Robert Henry and Evelyn Prochaska Collins.
Bob was a United States Navy veteran serving during the Vietnam Era. He was an electrician by trade.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Robert W. Collins; and a brother, Scott Collins.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Collins of the home; one sister, Margaret Waldman and husband, Rich of Winslow; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 1 special nephew.
Memorial services will be 10 AM Friday, September 13, 2019 at the Fayetteville National Cemetery with full military honors.

Janet: Phil and I send our condolences, prayers and all the hugs we can muster to you in the loss of your husband. I regret that we did not get to know him sooner – so many wasted years. I wish we could be there for you in person. Perhaps when the time is right, you will visit your old stomping grounds and we can plan a get together.
