Steve was a wonderful husband and father.   He worked over 40 years in the general maintenance field.  This is where he learned to fix just about everything imaginable.  He enjoyed using these skills to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.  Family was everything to him!  He treated friends and neighbors like family as well.   He was so proud of his “grandbabies” and was always telling stories about them. His hobbies included spending time with family, hunting, and tinkering with electronics.  His greatest love was his wife Ruby.  They had such a special bond.

He will be missed by his family and friends.

Plans for a future memorial in the spring will be announced at a later time.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the scleroderma research foundation at https://support.srfcure.org/give/84957/?amount=100#!/donation/checkout

Jeff, Ruby and family. I am so, so sorry that Steve has left this earth. He really was a kind man. And everyone knows he (and Ruby) were always willing to lend a hand. I know you will miss him greatly. He’s probably up in heaven making the rounds taking care of all the maintenance needs that have been overlooked for a while. Please accept my heart felt prayers for you family. ❤️
