Wilma was also blessed with 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren who brought her endless pride and delight. Her precious nieces and nephews also held a special place in her heart. Wilma was lovingly cared for by the nurses, CNA’s, and staff at Katherine’s Place for eight years. She and her nurse, Sarah Longstreth, had a special bond which grew to her becoming a part of Wilma’s family.
Wilma was a woman of deep faith. She was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church in Fayetteville for many years before later attending Prairie Oaks Baptist Church in Prairie Grove. Her commitment to her Saviour and to her church communities reflected the values she lived by-kindness, humility, and steadfast belief.
