Andy Harold Arterberry, 86, passed away February 2, 2016 after an extended illness with Alzheimer’s. He was born in 1929 and raised primarily in the Fame, Oklahoma Community, but spent most of his adult life working for Meadow Gold Dairy as a retail and wholesale milkman and Coburn Manufacturing in the Muskogee, OK. area. He and his wife, Jean, relocated to Fayetteville, AR. in 1998.
He was preceded in death by Jean, his wife of over 50 years in 2000.
Andy is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Becky Arterberry of Lowell, AR. and Harold Lee and Paula Arterberry of Tontitown, AR.; one daughter and son-in-law, Lana and Terry Orman of Fayetteville; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great- grandchild.
His graveside interment was held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Sons Chapel Cemetery in Fayetteville under the direction of Beard’s Funeral Chapel.
