Anthony “Tony” Fisher Lillig, 62, of Eureka Springs, Arkansas passed away February 19, 2023 following a very brief illness. He was surrounded by his wife Holly, children Shadow and Charleah, as well as his siblings, Mig, Paul, Mary Ann and Lisa. He was greeted in heaven by his parents, Frances & Paul Lillig, and his sister, Jeanne, along with many more loving relatives.
He was born September 11, 1960 in Kansas City, MO. Tony spent his younger life in the neighborhood on 52nd & Euclid in Kansas City. There were many lifelong friends – Quinn’s, Cashens, Anellos. In 1968 the family moved to the 71st Terrace neighborhood. There were many more lifelong friends – O’Brynes, Higgins, O’Maras, Curiels. Family and friends were always important to Tony. Tony attended Maur Hill and Bishop Hogan High Schools. After school he became an electrical lineman. Tony was in Neosho, Missouri working as a lineman when he met his wife, Holly and her two young children. After years of being friends, Tony and Holly married on April 24, 1999. The young family moved to the neighborhood of Branson, Missouri. Many more friends were made. After several years, Holly, Tony and the children moved to Eureka Springs, Arkansas. They were able to flourish in this neighborhood. Tony opened a scooter rental shop for the tourists to be able to enjoy the beauty of northern Arkansas.
Tony’s neighborhood continued to grow with the addition of his granddaughters, Shaedyn and Scarlett, and grandson, Judea. He continued to make many friends and was always able to see beauty around him.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 5:00 PM, Monday, March 13, 2023 at A Cup of Love Ministries, 4032 VanBuren, Eureka Springs, Arkansas
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 16, 2023 at St. James Catholic Church, 3909 Harrison, Kansas City, Missouri. Visitation with family before Mass will be at 10:00 AM at the church.

I was of course sad to hear of Tony’s death. I remember fondly the days we spent on Euclid. He was part of a great neighborhood and I’m glad I had the opportunity to share those times with him.
I hope your happy memories of Tony will eventually bring you peace.

tony and I lived on 81 st and main in KCMO. we went to see bruce spring stein in the 1980s. he loved his 1970 dodge race car,,,rock on…see you on the otherside. tommy from new york..
