Bernard Thomas Caldwell, 60, of Fayetteville, passed away March 8, 2023. He was born January 31, 1963 in Newark, New York.
Honored father, grandfather, brother and friend.
He is survived by his wife, Sherri Louise Caldwell; his children, Rusty Joe, Tiffany Louise and Tamara Erin Irene; his brothers and sisters, Frederick Foster of Florida, Kathy Hall of New York, LeAnn Franklin of Arkansas, Dorothy Nixon of Pennsylvania, and Ella Shelter of Florida; and his grandchildren, DeAndre Edwards, Tempress Edwards and Kaydrianna Chairs.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 2-5 PM Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Walker Park in Fayetteville.

Sorry for your loss. Tom was an awesome husband,father,grandfather and an all around great guy. My thoughts and prayers go out to him and everyone he left behind. He is someone I will never forget. God bless
I am so sorry for your loss. I’m even more sorry I am just being told and I missed his service at the park.
I can not tell you how many memories I have that Tom was a big part of. I met him when we were teenagers and then was so happy when we ended up working together and I got to know Sherry.
His ” fumunda cheese omlette” joke, his loud random singing of Rick James songs at the worst possible moment are what got me through a lot of bar rush nights at IHOP.
Him, drunk on my 30th birthday, rolling around in a mud puddle because he lost his balance and fell in the yard and was too drunk to get up, all while Sherry was getting all over him and both of us laughing till we cried. He was pissed. I saw him to check on him during Covid lock down and had been trying to call. I should have tried harder.
