Betty Doss Battros, 60, of Winslow, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022 in Fayetteville. She was born August 7, 1962 in Claremore, OK to Harry Eugene and Joyce Lorraine Worley Doss.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Battros and a son, Jeffrey Allen Battros.

Betty worked in the frame department at Walmart.

She is survived by two sons, Michael Salinas and Jonathan Battros, both of Winslow, a daughter, Jennifer Battros of Bentonville; a brother, James Doss of Sandia, TX; two sisters, Sherry Doss of Centerton and Terry Perez of Fayetteville; and a grandson by heart, Ethan Emory.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Friday, October 28, 2022 at Beard’s Chapel.

Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Winslow under the direction of Beard’s Chapel.

    Mrs. Betty was a lively spirit with a lot of spunk. Although I didn’t work with her much, I often talked to her in passing at shift change. She always made me laugh. She will be dearly missed.
    May God receive her spirit and may he bring comfort and peace beyond all understanding to her family and friends.

    I worked with Betty until I retired in 2016. I always liked her & we got along well. I was so sad to hear she had passed away. The family is in my thought & prayers. I’m sorry for your loss.
