Billie Joe Daniel, April 16, 1958~December 1, 2018

Dec 6, 2018

Billie Joe Daniel, 60, of Fayetteville, Arkansas passed from this life surrounded by his family on December 1, 2018 at Washington Regional Medical Center from complications sustained from a radioactive spider bite.  Civilians know him as Spider Man; however his family only knew him as a loyal husband, devoted father, proud grandfather, and a connoisseur of useless trivia & tall tales. He was a profound man and a Jack-Of-All-Trades who refused to buy new shoes unless forced & always had the right thing to say (even if it was completely inappropriate). Billie was known for his pranks, long-winded (and often repeated) stories, protective nature, the unconditional love for his family, and his military service. On his last breath, he was able to save one more life as an organ donor.

Mr. Daniel is survived by his beloved wife, Chom of 39 years; his daughter, Jennifer Fisher; his sons, Travis Daniel & David Fisher; and only grandson, Theodore. He is survived by two sisters, one brother, many nieces, multiple nephews & countless friends; but, listing everyone would take up the entire newspaper & he was not about being the center of attention or self-promotion.

In lieu of flowers, tune up your car and check your tire pressure….He would have wanted that.  As a last request, he has asked his son to apologize to a young boy named David that attended Jefferson Elementary in Fayetteville, AR for stealing his Honor Roll bumper sticker.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Beard’s Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

David of Jefferson Elementary… You are more than welcome to attend.  We will have your bumper sticker waiting for you.
