Billy Dwain Stout passed away Tuesday, October 13th, 2020. He was born March 3rd, 1942 to Walter Glenn Stout and Mildred Marie (Hutchen) Stout.  He is survived by his wife of 57 years Phyllis (Keck) Stout, of Elkins, son Steven Stout and wife Lucky, of Fayetteville, daughter Karen Barker and husband Jay of Cane Hill, four grandchildren, Brandee Fitzpatrick, Sheena Clifton, Jameson Barker, and Drizden Stout, and five great grandchildren, and brother Benny Stout and wife Lynn of Fayetteville, and sister-in-law Pam Stout of Fayetteville.  Billy was preceeded in death by his parents, brother Bobby Stout, and sister Wanda Stacks.  Billy attended Durham Freewill Baptist Church.  He graduated from Elkins High School and completed two years at the University of Arkansas.  Billy was an employee of Standard Register for 35 years and was a shuttle driver for Acura of Fayetteville for 7 years.  He was a loving father and husband and grandpa.  Billy was a big Razorback and St Louis Cardinal fan win, lose, or draw.  There will be a visitation Friday October 16th, 2020 from 5-7 pm at Beard’s Funeral Chapel.  A funeral service will be held Saturday, October 17th, 2020, at 10am at Durham Freewill Baptist Church, officiated by Pastors Tommy Samuels and David Snider.   Burial at McCord Cemetery following service.  Online condolences at www.beardsfuneralchapel.com
