Billy Wayne Lowe, 9, of Fayetteville passed away Thursday, August 1, 2013 in Fayetteville.  He was born August 9, 2003 in Fayetteville the son of Wayne Leroy Lowe and Tina Sheehan.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Kevin Golden.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Tina Weeks and Brent Weeks of Fayetteville; his father, Wayne Lowe of West Fork; 3~brothers, Josiah Longworth, Justin Longworth and Chris Lowe all of California; 5~sisters, Chanda Patrick of Durham, Heather Lowe of Las Vegas, NV, Karissa Weeks of Fayetteville, Christina Nichole Flores of Springdale and Katlyna Stone of Huntsville; Maternal Grandmother, Barbara Armstrong and husband, Sidney of Kingston and Maternal Grandfather, Mike Sheehan and wife, Tami of West Fork.

Memorial Service will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at Unity Church in West Fork.
