Carolyn Faye Gaskill, 78, of Fayetteville, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022 at her home in Fayetteville. She was born December 22, 1944 in Chicago, IL to Ernest Woodrow and Lois South Tubb.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Lois Tubb; her husband, Edward Gaskill; and a sister, Malinda Brown.
Carolyn was an avid quilter and was a member of several quilt clubs. She was a very generous person. She enjoyed making and giving away many quilted items to family and friends. Carolyn was a longtime employee of Ozarks Electric. She was a member of the Farmington Church of Christ for many years. She loved her family dearly.
She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl Matthews of Fayetteville; a grandson, Ben Matthews; a sister and nephew, Charlotte Gann and Ernest Gann of Farmington; numerous other nieces and nephews; and her beloved cat, Jenna.
