Carrie Jo Thurman (Kelley) Butts, 84, of West Fork passed away Saturday, December 7, 2019 in Fayetteville.  She was born March 31, 1935 in Fredericksburg, Texas to Nathaniel and Anita Kneese Thurman.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathaniel and Anita Thurman; husbands, James Harrison Kelley and Jimmy Lee Butts; and a brother, Boyd Wayne Thurman.

Carrie is survived by a brother, Larry Lynn Thurman; two sons, James Harrison Kelley Jr. and Wesley Raymond Butts; four daughters, Nancy Jane Butts, Deborah Susan Lyons, Donna Marie Butts and Mary Ann Butts Arnold; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

Private interment will take place in West Fork Cemetery.

There is no scheduled visitation.
