Charles R. Smith, 75, of Fayetteville, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2024 in Fayetteville. He was born August 19, 1948 in Fayetteville, AR to Milas and Geraldine Davis Smith.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ray and Juanita Davis and his parents, Milas and Geraldine Smith.
Charles retired after 51 years from the University of Arkansas as a Computer Systems Analyst. Charles had a servant’s heart. He selflessly gave his time to take care of others. He also enjoyed working with his hands. He was always in his shop building and fixing things.

I’m so sorry to hear about this. He was a wonderful man. I remember how sweet he was when I was younger and know that he was the kind of man who would show his family and friends all the love and support. I can still hear his voice in my head. I’m so sorry for your loss.
