Charles Anthony (Tony) Blevins – A loving son, brother, dad, uncle and friend departed this life on May , 2012 at the Willard Walker Hospice Home.

Tony was born on August 31, 1958 in Fayetteville, AR to Charles Wayne Blevins and Carolyn Robbins Blevins. Tony was preceded in death by his father, Charles Wayne Blevins and a brother-in-law, Terry Mounce. He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Blevins Whitaker of Ozark, AR; his son, Casey Blevins (Kelsi)  of Elkins and his daughter, Catie Blevins Stephens  of Combs; two sisters, Judy Blevins of Little Rock, AR and Cathy Baker (John) of Siloam Springs, AR. Four grandchildren, Payge Blevins and Elliott Blevins of Elkins; Garrett Stephens and Wyatt Stephens of Combs;  6 nephews and 2 nieces, 7 great nephews and 5 great nieces;  Cheryl Gallaway, the mother of his children; plus many friends, neighbors and co-workers that will miss him dearly. Tony loved his family dearly and was always there when we needed him. He loved to farm, fish, hunt and just hang out with the guys.

The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Willard Walker Hospice Home for the loving care they provided.

Memorials to Willard Walker Hospice Home.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. Monday May 7, 2012 at Beard’s Funeral Home in Fayetteville, AR.

Services will be at  1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Combs Baptist Church in Combs, AR.  Burial will be at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Crosses.

    Dear Aunt Carolyn, Mariah and I are so sorry for your loss. As well as the rest of the loved ones. It is hard but sometimes I feel my departed ones closer to me than ever.     WE ARE SADDENED TO HEAR OF TONY’S PASSING. WE ONLY KNEW TONY FOR A FEW YEARS, BUT HE BECAME A GOOD FRIEND TO US. TONY WAS A HARD WORKER AND HE ALWAYS SPOKE LOVINGLY OF HIS FAMILY. HE WILL TRULY BE MISSED BY ALL.

    So sorry to hear of Tony’s death. Will be thinking of all the Blevins family during this sad time. I graduated with Tony at St. Paul, and as we all know he was onery- always getting in trouble in class for acting silly. So heaven must have needed some laughs , because there won’t be a dull moment with Tony there. We will miss him, but have comfort knowing he is now pain free and probably even more mischevious.
