Dear sweet Betty you and your family are in my thought and prayers. I know you are taking comfort in knowing Charles is no longer in pain or suffering. My most fondest memory of Charles was his mischievous ways, always giving me a hard time when he came into our good old Gibson’s. I pray God takes you and your family and wraps his arms around you all and guides you through the coming days.

Betty, Kenneth & April, Angela and Joshua, please know that you are in our prayers during this very difficult time. I know your hearts ache for the loss of your husband and father. You have been precious to our family. We are here for you. Chuck was one of a kind. He could make you laugh, but he also had a tender heart. May God’s mercy and grace give each of you the peace and comfort you will need each moment of every day. We love you all!

We have lost a wonderful member of our family. My heart breaks for all of us left behind. Charles is in a much better place where he can breathe and dance with the angles. I pray for the comfort only God can give for Betty, Kenneth, Angela and other members of the family. We were blessed to know and love him.

    Ms. Betty, Kenneth, and Angela,
I knew Chuck when we worked together at Hertz in Little Rock. He was like a father to me. He was wonderful and comical and amazing. I will miss his smile and his wisdom. I will miss our coffee in the morning together. I will miss him calling and checking on me after I moved away to Florida and Alabama. I will miss just talking to him about life and getting a giggle out of it. Please know that he was a gift to all of us and now he is an Angel looking over us from Heaven. He is only gone in the physical sense. He is still with all of us as that little voice in our head making us smile and laugh.
Mr. Chuck, I love you. Keep making me laugh.
