Devin Kristine Thomas, 32, of Fayetteville passed away Friday, August 18, 2017 in Fayetteville. She was born August 20, 1984 in Fayetteville to Larry and Peggy “Susan” Swafford Long.
She was a member of First United Pentecostal Church and attended The Sanctuary in Lincoln, AR.
Devin was preceded in death by a grandfather, L.C. Swafford and grandparents Mary and Woodrow Long.
She is survived by her husband, Ernesto Thomas of Greenland; her parents, Larry and Peggy “Susan” Long of Fayetteville; 2 sons, Keygan and Avery Long; 3 stepchildren, Sariah, Maegan and Tyler Thomas; mother-in-law, Reba Thomas; father-in-law, Richard Thomas; grandmother, Peggy Swafford; brother, Jerome Long and wife, Sheila; brother-in-law, Mark Thomas; 4 aunts; 8 nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at First United Pentecostal Church, 3701 W. Wedington Dr. in Fayetteville with Pastor David McBride officiating. Interment will follow in Whitehouse Cemetery under the direction of Beard’s Chapel. There will be no graveside service at the cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 P.M. Monday, August 21, 2017 at the funeral home.

We are sad for your loss. Devin was so young with so much time left in life, but she has been called home by our creator. Her time here on earth is over but her memory lives on. Devin’s time with struggles, pain, and problems on the earth are over. Sariah still talks about Momma “D”. She left sweet visions in this child’s mind.
