I think about the times I would call the assist line and I always seem to get Dianna. She was always eager to help. It didn’t matter how big or small the situation was.
If I was stressed she would tell me too breathe and she would remind me that I got this. She made me a better customer service representative.
My heart and prayers are with the family and friends. She is like family to many of us and she will be missed very much
      RIP Dianna
I know you will be watching over all of us.

I am Joanie Anderson from Black Hills Energy Call center in Rapid City South Dakota. Dianna was a mentor and role model. I strive to achieve her level of excellence. She was smart, Funny and very kind. I told my supervisor today we need to use some of her calls for training people. She is going to leave a huge hole in our company. I can only imagine the hole she has left in her family. I feel privileged to have spent an entire day with her over zoom for job shadowing. She was a delight and a fountain of knowledge. I am sorry she didn’t get to enjoy retirement. I am in my 60s too. This has been very difficult for many coworkers. I will keep you in my thoughts. Thank you
