Dollie Mae Ward, 87, of Fayetteville, formerly of Ozark, AR, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at her home. She was born April 24, 1938 in West Fork, AR to Henry Archie and Mabel Jewel Clevenger Ralston.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Arlon Ward; children, Patricia Daniels and Michael Wayne Ward; and her siblings, Billy Joe Ralston, James Henry Ralston, Edward Archie Ralston, Walter Lee Ralston, Floyd Elvin Ralston, Emily Jewel Gardner, Shirley Ann Harris, and Mary Alice Ralston.

Dollie was a proprietor of several restaurants and bars. She liked to dance and loved her family dearly. She was a “fun” aunt. Dollie was a fun-loving, caring person.

She is survived by her children, Gloria Phillips and husband Stanley of Huntsville, Nina Guess and husband James of Fayetteville, Conley Ray Erwin and wife Gail of Ft Smith, and Misty Dawn Ralston of Ozark; a brother Bobby Dean Ralston; 12 grandchildren, Amber, Sandra, Timothy, Adam, Stacie, Greg, Eric, Chris, Sabrina, Travis, Madison, and Autumn; and multiple great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Monday, May 12, 2025 at Beard’s Funeral Chapel.

Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at Beard’s Funeral Chapel with John Hassell officiating. Interment will follow in the Fayetteville National Cemetery.
