Elizabeth Butler, 77, of Fayetteville, passed away Monday, October 29, 2018 at her home.  She was born September 14, 1941 in San Diego, CA to William and Dorothy Cronise Hayes.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Patrick Hayes.

Elizabeth was a homemaker.  She was a member of Ridgeview Baptist Church; an avid Razorbacks fan; enjoyed baseball; and she had a love for animals (especially cats).

She is survived by her husband, Ralph Butler of the home; two sons, Mike Butler of Fayetteville and Bill Butler and wife, Kimberly of Springdale; a brother, Casey Hayes of Boston, MA; a sister, Margaret Hayes of Oregon; 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Beard’s Chapel.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, November 2, 2018 at Ridgeview Baptist Church with Pastor Eric Howerton officiating.

Interment will follow in Kings Cemetery under the direction of Beard’s Chapel.
