Elsie William Collins, 85, of Farmington, AR, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at her home. She was born July 20, 1940 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Otto John and Leona Hartmann Sievers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Otto and Leona Sievers; her sister Doris Reed; her brother George Sievers; two sons, Eddie Collins and Otto John Collins; and her husband Chester Collins.

Elsie was married to Chester W Collins. Elsie was a homemaker. She loved watching her children grow. Elsie also enjoyed watching TV (westerns) and going to thrift stores.

She is survived by four sons, Billy Collins and wife Wanda of Farmington, Robert Collins, Milo Collins, and Jack Collins, all of Farmington; a daughter Mary Drake and husband Jerry of Wesley; a granddaughter Alicia Collins of Searcy; 3 great-granddaughters, Ava, Lilah, and Aubree; a brother Robert Sievers and wife Linda of Arnold, Missouri; and 2 granddogs.

Elsie was surrounded by loved ones at her passing.

Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Friday, April 10, 2026 at Beard’s Chapel with Mike Raine officiating. Interment will follow in Tharp Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until service-time at the funeral home on Friday.
