Emma Jean Zajicek, 85, of Fayetteville died Sunday, January 24, 2016 in Springdale. She was born July 13, 1930 in Fayetteville to William and Grace Briggins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Edward Zajicek.
She was a homemaker.
Emma is survived by four sons, David Zajicek and wife, Becky of Fayetteville and their children, Michael and Zachary; Danny Zajicek and wife, Karen of Farmington and their children, Blake, Brittney and Ashley; Ben Zajicek and wife, Rose of Fayetteville and their children, Nathan and Emily; and Bob Zajicek and wife, Rosa Lea of Bentonville and their son, Bo; sister, Carolyn Lamb of Ft. Smith; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, January 29, 2016 at Beard’s Chapel with Brother Paul Payne officiating. Interment will follow in Round Mountain Cemetery under the direction of Beard’s Chapel.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 P.M. Thursday, January 28, 2016 at the funeral home.
