Fannie “Jo” Ashworth, 84, of Fayetteville passed on to be with her Lord and family Saturday, January 12, 2013 in Springdale. She was born March 25, 1928 in Bloomer, Arkansas the daughter of Joseph T. and Fannie Card Rucker.
She was a bookkeeper and member of the Missionary Baptist Faith.
Preceded in death by her husband, Leon Ashworth.
Survivors include her 2~sons, Jerry Ashworth and wife, Kaye of Farmington and Marty Ashworth and wife Phyllis of West Fork; 1~daughter, Cheryl Harp and husband, Robert of Prairie Grove; Nine~grandchildren and Seventeen Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 17, 2013 at Beard’s Funeral Chapel with Pastor Jeff Hart officiating. Burial will be in Mineral Springs Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5~7 Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at the funeral home.
So sorry to hear about your mom. May God be with you and your family.
I will miss her. She was very special to me. She was a very loving Mother and Aunt. God bless her children, grandchildren and great-grabdchildren.
