Floyd was a great friend and neighbor. He always had a big smile and would do anything to help you if you needed it. We are going to miss him around the neighborhood, especially the cold beer 😊.
I am soo very sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Buffington. He has been on my mind for several months and I tried to call him. I work for the Secretary of State and he would always call or email me to order the traveler certificate for his friends that came to visit. One time he came to visit me here at the capitol and brought me several packages of gum. He was always very kind to me over the phone. He would always talk about caring for his wife. After several attempts to reach him, the last was today, I decided to google his name to get a phone number and that’s when I found out he had passed. We were phone friends and I will truly miss him. I pray a member of the family gets this. A great man has gone on to be with his Father in heaven.
