Frances W. Spencer, 91, of Elkins, AR, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2020 in Prairie Grove, AR. She was born March 30, 1929 in Springdale, AR to Samuel Ernest and Daisy Nell Cramer Woods.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Doyle Spencer; five sisters; and three brothers.
Frances was a devoted wife and farmer. She loved gardening, flowers and sewing.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda Judy and Julie Rhodes; one grandson, Bryan Judy and his wife, Kelly; one granddaughter, DaLinda O’Donal and her husband, Brien; three great-grandsons, Andrew Judy, Hyden Judy and Daniel O’Donal; one great-granddaughter, Zoey Judy; and one great-great-granddaughter, Rhylee Judy.
A private family graveside service will be held at McCord Cemetery.
Frances was a really nice lady. Doyle and her would haul us around to the rodeo with our horses. RIP Frances. Our deepest sympathies to the family.
