Gary “Joe” Clark,76, of Winslow passed from this life on February 15, 2017 at Washington Regional Medical Center. He was born February 10, 1941 in Pampa, TX.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Eugene Clark.
He was an Air Force veteran who served in the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife, Lorene Clark of 45 years; his son, Gary Joe Clark, II and wife, Missy of Winslow; his daughter, Angela Ledgerwood and husband, Bart of Greenland; grandchildren, Nikki, Thomas, Bianca, Bryce, Barrett, Bret and Byron; 2 great-grandchildren; his mother, Fleeta Clark; 2 brothers, Charles Clark, Jr. of Cabot and Roy Clark of Bella Vista; 2 sisters, Muriel Shipley of Fayetteville and Tilly Clark of Winslow.
He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed.
As per Gary “Joe’s” repeated requests, there will be no services. He wanted no more sadness caused by his passing.

My deepest condolences to the Clark family. I work with Joe many years at Armstrong and learn a lot from him not just forging but life to help was a great man.
I remember as a child coming to the house with my parents, where they would sit around talking, drinking coffee, at times the men were outside working on vehicles. Fun times! May God bless you and comfort you at this time.
