Condolences to Carolyn, Jenna, and family. Glen was a true country boy and a solid, dependable driver operator at the fire department. “Shack” as we all knew him at the fire department will be missed. I’m thankful that I knew him at the FD, and outside the department. You all will be in our thoughts and prayers.

    Dear Carolyn, Jenna and family,

I didn’t know Glen. But I did know through Mary and Buddy that he was a man to be admired. I appreciate his service to our country and his selfless acts of bravery as a fireman. I pray that fond memories assist you today and future days without him.

So sorry for your loss. Glenn and I were in the same class for all 12 years of school at Elkins. We always sat near each other when the teachers put us in alphabetical order. You could always count on him having butter rum life savers in his pocket.
