
Glenda Watts, 77, of Fayetteville, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018 in Fayetteville. She was born January 21, 1941 in Rogers to Alvin Lee and Lucille M. Jones Stacy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Lucille Stacy; her husband, Richard Watts; and a daughter, Susan Vaught.
Glenda was employed by Niblock Law Firm for 5 years. She was manager of Neptune Pools for 20 years which was owned by Niblock Law Firm. She moved to northwest Arkansas at the age of 16. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her children, Tony Watts of Fayetteville, Carmen Watkins and husband, Roger of Huntsville, Nikkie Watts of Fayetteville and Darlene Drummond of Elkins; a brother, Gary Lee Stacy and wife, Karen of Fayetteville; son-in-law, Clinton Vaught of the Baldwin Community; 11 grandchildren, Cherie Pointer, Natasha Watts, Bradley Watts, Matthew Jones, Madison Watson, Seth Korte, Bryanna Watkins, Tyler and Taylor Watts and Jason and Bille Jean Drummond; and 14 great-grandchilden, Noah Pointer, Abigail Pointer, Robbie Pointer, Kaden Watts, Evelyn Jones, Ethan Watts,Camryn Watson, Ellie Jones, Eleanor Jones, Braxton Evans, Christopher Glasscock and Annora Jones and Kale and Kayson Drummond.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, May 11, 2018 at McCord Cemetery with Pastor Lynville Eaton officiating under the direction of Beard’s Chapel.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 P.M. Thursday, May 10, 2018 at the funeral home.

Very saddened by this news. Though I didn’t know Glenda until about 25 years ago, eating at her breakfast table with the rest of her family for a few years was a weekly highlight. Great lady. May she rest in peace.
