I am sorry for your loss and am so sad that Hazel passed. I know her suffering is no longer though and she is free from the pain and suffering she was enduring. She was a strong and stubborn woman whom I have nothing but love and respect for. She loved her kids and grands so much. I know she loved kids that weren’t even her blood! She would share anything she had and as long as I have known her she hated the grass to get too long! She also made the best meatloaf and friend chicken livers! She was a good woman, mother, mother in law, mawmaw, and friend. I know she will be missed by many. RIP Hazel ❤️

The thing about Hazel that stands out the most to me was how she opened up her home to family and guests. I remember our extended families would gather at her house for holidays. She opened her home up to my mother and I one night when we needed a safe place to stay. My sister lived with her and Lonnie for a while. She opened her home up to others in need as well. This is not something many people are willing to do but Hazel had a heart for it. She was a faithful wife and loving mother and grandmother. I will remember her fondly. Prayers for those mourning her loss.
