James Ronald French, 77, of Fayetteville, passed away Monday, July 13, 2026 in Fayetteville. He was born November 14, 1948 in Modesto, CA to James and Omal Stafford French.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
James was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He retired from the University of Arkansas from the Transit and Parking Department. James enjoyed taking walks with his dog.
He is survived by his wife Sendra Eubanks French of the home; two sons, Jason French and wife Kathryn of Springdale, AR and Justin French and wife Stephonie of Robeline, LA; three grandsons, Josh, Tyler, and Jacob; and a granddaughter Lily.

So so sorry to discover he has passed. I’ve been meaning to call him. His dad and my mom were first cousins. His Grandpa French was a brother to my Grandmother Lura French Graham.
