Janet was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Adams,  her father, Wilton H. Bennett,  and two sisters, Phyllis Manos and Sharon Chesnut.

She is survived by her daughter Ashley Murray and husband Brian, her grandson Hunter Combs and granddaughter Kambree Murray.  Ashley was the joy of Janet’s life.  They had an unfailing love for each other and were truly best friends.  Ashley will continue Janet’s fun sense of humor.  There was also no better “Nana” than what Janet was to Hunter and Kambree .   She loved them more than life itself.

We are so very sorry for your loss. Janet was a wonderful person and always made me smile. She was the best listener when I needed a shoulder to cry on. The kids loved her. I will miss her dearly.

Ashley, so, sorry about your Mom. I know your heart is broken. I pray that God will show you he is here for you. My prayers are you and Hunter and Kambree. Janet was a good friend who I grew up with. After we bullied her in the 3rd grade we became good friends ever since. I will always remember the good times we had while living in Guymon. Never forget her. Louise, Vicki and Joe may God be with you in this difficult time.

My sincere condolences to Janet’s family. I only knew her through work and would only see her occasionally at the Bassett firm, but I always enjoyed visiting with her and seeing her smile. She will be missed dearly. I am so sorry for your loss.
