Thanks, Ruby. Special memories of times past.
My brother, Tom Wright, notified me of Jerry’s passing. My sincere condolences to all of the family.
My father, Rev. Euell Wright, was pastor at Black Oak Baptist when all of us children were young and coming up through Sunday School. Your mother, Ruth, was a much loved Sunday School teacher of mine. She was the first to challenge me to read through the Bible in a year and because of this it became an ongoing habit until out of high school. I will always remember her for that.
Your sister, Dianna, was my same grade at Elkins. Give her my best.
