Jerry Woodward, 60, of Hazel Valley passed away Sunday, December 24, 2017 at his home. He was born October 28, 1957 in Modesto, CA. to Charlie and Edyth Ridley Woodward.
He was preceded in death by his father; a sister, Donna Barker; and a brother, Tom Woodward.
Jerry was a mechanic and a truck driver. He loved the outdoors.
He is survived by his soulmate, Velda Brown of Hazel Valley; a nephew, Marcus Barker; and a niece, Sheri.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, December 30, 2017 at the Hazel Valley Community Church with Pastor Steve Sullivan officiating.
