Jill and I have been emailing each other for many years. We both felt a spiritual connection that was never expressed in person. We both spoke of intentions to get together, but due to a distance of over 800 miles and increasing age-related infirmities, we never did.
It was apparent from everything from her career choices, to her long-term friendship with my sister, Patty Neuman and the rest of her River Falls social group that she was a good hearted, caring person who deserved a longer life, unclouded until the end, but she will shine in my memory and among the angels for eternity.

We enjoyed being Jill’s neighbor for many years. Had many great conversations about her life. She stayed busy volunteering with organizations that helped the less fortunate. Helping abandoned , lost or wild cats was her passion.
