Joe Earl Campbell of Fayetteville passed away January 29th, 2024. He was born in Keosauqua, Iowa to Hollis and Mildred Campbell.

Joe graduated high school and played basketball for the Iowa State Buckeyes. He served in the Air force during the Korean War and was later president of many food distributing/ processing companies, retiring from Hudson Foods in 1990.

He was preceded in death by his wife Joan Campbell; son John Campbell; and brother Bill Campbell.

Joe is survived by his grandchildren, Bradly Campbell wife Jimmie and great- grandson Wesley, Austin, Texas, and Sera Johnson Campbell, Killeen, Texas; nephews, Steve and Diana Campbell and Tom and Jamie Campbell all of Springfield, Missouri; niece Sara Moyse Howe of St. Petersburg, Florida; and nephew Peter Frey of New Bern, North Carolina; and many great-nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00pm Friday, February 9th, 2024 at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Fayetteville, AR.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 2925 Old Missouri Rd., Fayetteville, AR 72703.
